For med spas
Get your med spa recommended by AI.
People ask ChatGPT who does natural-looking filler nearby and what Botox costs per unit. The answer names a few providers, and often leans on RealSelf before any of them. Vyzz works to put your med spa in that answer.
What they ask
What your customers ask AI.
Questions like these get asked every day on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. For your med spa we track ten of them daily and record who gets named: you or a competitor.
- 01
“Who does natural-looking lip filler in Miami, and what does a syringe cost?”
- 02
“How much is Botox per unit in Miami with an experienced nurse injector?”
- 03
“CoolSculpting or Emsculpt for belly fat? Which Miami med spas offer both?”
- 04
“Laser hair removal in Miami that's safe for dark skin?”
- 05
“Is there a med spa in Miami with a physician on site for Morpheus8?”
- 06
“Which Miami med spas are best for a first-time Botox patient who wants subtle results?”
Where AI looks
Where AI looks before it names a med spa.
From 5W's Med Spa AI Visibility Index (June 2026): 65 patient questions asked on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.

What it means
Treatment directories and large chains take most of the answer. An independent med spa gets in by being specific: the treatments it offers, who performs them, what they cost, and reviews that say so. Safety questions are where AI is most careful, so provider credentials on your own pages matter.
What we do
What Vyzz does for your med spa.
Every month, done by us, followed in your dashboard. Nothing to set up on your side.
01
A page for every treatment, with prices
Botox, filler, lasers, body contouring: one page each, with what it costs at your spa, who performs it and how long results last. AI quotes prices it can find.
02
Your providers, named and credentialed
A bio for each injector with their license and training. When someone asks who is safe for Morpheus8, credentials on the page are what AI can check.
03
RealSelf, Google and Yelp, kept current
Complete profiles and a steady flow of reviews where AI reads them. We track every review and give you the tools to request new ones.
04
Articles on the comparisons patients ask about
30 articles a month: CoolSculpting or Emsculpt, which lasers suit darker skin, how long filler lasts. Every claim checked before it goes live.
05
Google posts and medical markup
8 Google Business posts a month, and MedicalClinic markup on every page we rewrite. schema.org has no med spa type, and your treatments are medical.
All of it is in one plan.
$399/mo billed annually or $499 month to month. No setup fee.
Inside the rules
Written within the rules of your field.
What we keep in mind for every page, post and review request. Sources are at the bottom of the page; this isn't legal advice.
FDA-cleared is not FDA-approved.
Most aesthetic devices reach the market through the FDA's 510(k) clearance. Federal rules say clearance doesn't denote official approval, and implying it does is misbranding. We write “FDA-cleared” unless a device is actually approved.
Health claims need evidence.
The FTC's health products guidance requires competent and reliable scientific evidence for health claims, including claims made through testimonials. Results language stays within what the evidence supports.
Before-and-after photos need written consent.
If your practice is covered by HIPAA, a patient's photos and story in marketing require their signed authorization.

FAQ
Questions people ask.
Why does RealSelf show up instead of my med spa?
It has reviews, prices and provider details for thousands of treatments in one place, which is what AI looks for. 5W's June 2026 index ranked it ahead of every individual med spa. You won't beat it on every question, but you can be the provider its pages and your own pages point to: a complete RealSelf profile, reviews there, and treatment pages on your site with the same facts.
Should we publish prices?
If you're comfortable with it, yes, even as a starting price or a range. Patients ask AI what treatments cost, and AI can only quote a price it can find. “From $12 a unit” gives it something to say about you. “Call for pricing” doesn't.
Can AI tell the difference between a med spa and a day spa?
Only if you tell it. Name the medical director, list the licensed providers, and use medical markup rather than spa markup. Otherwise you get grouped with facials and massages when someone asks about injectables.
How long until AI starts naming us?
Technical fixes and the first articles ship in the first weeks. AI assistants refresh their sources on their own schedules, so being named builds over the following months. Your dashboard shows every movement as it happens.
What does Vyzz cost for a med spa?
The same as for every business: one plan at $399/mo billed annually or $499 month to month, with no setup fee. Everything on this page is included.
