For home care agencies
Get your home care agency recommended by AI.
Adult children now ask ChatGPT which agency can care for a parent with dementia, starting this week. The answer names a few agencies and the directories that rate them. Vyzz works to make yours one of the names.
What they ask
What your customers ask AI.
Questions like these get asked every day on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. For your home care agency we track ten of them daily and record who gets named: you or a competitor.
- 01
“Best in-home care agency in Westchester for my mom with dementia, including overnights?”
- 02
“What does a home health aide cost per hour in Westchester?”
- 03
“Non-medical home care in Westchester that accepts long-term care insurance?”
- 04
“Which agency in Westchester can start this week after a hospital discharge?”
- 05
“Are Westchester home care agencies licensed, and do they background-check caregivers?”
- 06
“Medicare-covered home health in Westchester for physical therapy after hip surgery?”
Where AI looks
Where AI looks before it names an agency.
No public study has measured AI citations for home care yet, so there are no shares to show here.
What it means
Senior-care directories such as Caring.com and A Place for Mom publish agency profiles and family reviews, and those are the kind of pages AI answers draw on, next to Google reviews. What separates one agency from another is what AI can verify: licensing, caregiver screening, the conditions you handle, how families pay, and what other families say.
What we do
What Vyzz does for your home care agency.
Every month, done by us, followed in your dashboard. Nothing to set up on your side.
01
Licensing and screening, on the page
Your state license and how caregivers are screened and trained. “Are they licensed?” should have an answer AI can quote.
02
A page for each kind of care
Dementia care, post-hospital, overnight, respite, companionship: one page each, so you're matched to the question that was asked.
03
How families pay
Private-pay rates, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, Medicaid programs: whatever you accept, stated plainly.
04
Reviews from families
On Google and the senior-care directories you're listed on. We track every new review and give you the tools to ask for one.
05
Articles for the person deciding
30 articles a month: what home care costs per hour in your area, how to choose an agency, what Medicare covers and what it doesn't.
All of it is in one plan.
$399/mo billed annually or $499 month to month. No setup fee.
Inside the rules
Written within the rules of your field.
What we keep in mind for every page, post and review request. Sources are at the bottom of the page; this isn't legal advice.
Advertise only what you're licensed for.
New York, for example, requires a state license for agencies providing nursing, home health aide or personal care services. Your pages describe the services your license covers.
Client stories need consent.
If your agency is a HIPAA covered entity, a client's story or photo in marketing requires their signed authorization.
No written, bought or filtered-for-five-star reviews.
The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake reviews, AI-written reviews and reviews bought on condition that they're positive. We don't write reviews and we don't buy them.

FAQ
Questions people ask.
Do Caring.com and A Place for Mom matter for AI?
They are where families compare agencies, and AI answers about senior care draw on pages like theirs. A complete profile with recent reviews is worth having whether or not you pay them for leads.
We offer medical and non-medical care. How do you handle that?
Separate pages, separate claims. Home health and personal or companion care are licensed and paid for differently, and an answer about your agency should never mix them up.
Which schema type fits a home care agency?
schema.org has no home care type. We use LocalBusiness with each kind of care described as a service, and medical types only for licensed home health services.
How long until AI starts naming us?
Technical fixes and the first articles ship in the first weeks. AI assistants refresh their sources on their own schedules, so being named builds over the following months. Your dashboard shows every movement as it happens.
What does Vyzz cost for a home care agency?
The same as for every business: one plan at $399/mo billed annually or $499 month to month, with no setup fee. Everything on this page is included.
